Description

This villa is the second villa of the property already described on the page dedicated to villa Mazzo di Sciacca 1, a property of 25,000 square meters with private access to a cove and including three villas including very well isolated from one from the others. Villa Mazzo di Sciacca 2 is immersed in an olive grove too and offers a splendid view of the sea and the Zingaro nature reserve .
The front door opens on a large living room divided in two areas: the dining area with a big table and wooden benches and the sitting area well illuminated thanks to a large window that opens on the panoramic terrace. Under the covered part of the terrace there is the sheltered and shaded dining area from which you will admire breathtaking views on the sea. A generous fig-tree will delight you with its abundant sweet fruits during the months of June and July! The living room is joined via an archway to the well-equipped kitchen, made of masonry with turquoise colors that echo the colors of the sea. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with view on the sea and one double room with two single beds and with view on the garden. The two bathrooms are complete with shower. A third shower is well protected in the garden and will be appreciated returning from the sea. The villa is fully air conditioned and has also got a beautiful fireplace in the living room to warm the cool evenings in the winter months.
Outside, the large terrace surrounding the house will be appreciated by the children while the adults will be devoted to the preparation of tasty grilled fish and meat on the barbecue. Through the olive grove, a path leads to the cove. The public beach is 150 meters only, out of the gate. The parking place can accommodate three cars.
