The villa Mazzo di Sciacca 1 is situated 1,5 km from Scopello in an olive grove of 25,000 square meters which shelters three villas perfectly isolated one from the others by olive trees, and with a private access to a cove which is 50 meters from the villa. From there you can enter the sea without leaving the property. The public beach of Mazzo di Sciacca is also 50 meters from the entrance gate only. Surrounded by greenery, and by a huge land with olive trees, facing the sea, this villa is an oasis of peace and tranquility in all seasons. The air-conditioned with cool air in summer and warm air in winter makes it comfortable from Easter up to Christmas. The presence of a beautiful fireplace in the living room helps to make it cozy in the fresh season.
You enter the large living room which has four sofas so to accommodate large families. One of these sofas is a sofa-bed and can accomodate 2 persons if necessary. The fireplace in the center of the living room will be very appreciated during the evenings of the cool season. The living room opens on a large and fully equipped kitchen with a long table, benches and wooden chairs, a dishwasher and a beautiful view on the sea thanks to a large window.
From the living room and also from the kitchen, you accede to the panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the coast of the natural reserve of the Zingaro. The covered terrace shelters a dining area with table and chairs in teak wood. The terrace is large and suitable for children. The area with sun beds is perfect for sunbathing and the conversation area, with comfortable garden armchairs, is the perfect place for happy-hours, looking at the sea, at the return of the boats towards the harbour of Castellammare del Golfo, and the warm colours of the sunset. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms, two double rooms, one triple room and one single room. There are two bathrooms with shower and a third shower is located in the garden and will be very convenient turning back from the beach.
In the outside, next to the large terrace that surrounds the villa, you will find a covered barbecue area where you will prepare tasty barbecues. A path runs from the panoramic terrace through the olive grove and leads to the cove, a perfect starting point for a swim in the clear waters of the sea with mask and tuba to admire the seabed and fishes. From there, you can also fish. The private parking place can accommodate up to four cars.
