Situated on the long white sandy beach of Alcamo Marina on the northwest coast of Sicily, the Luna Blu Mare e Terra apartment is the ideal home for a family looking for a beach holiday. Its position offers a wonderful view over the entire gulf of Castellammare, from Punta Raisi in the east to Capo San Vito in the west. At 5 km there is the motorway junction that will allow you to reach the cultural sites of the surroundings and the western half of the island

The property is accessed through a large gate that leads into the courtyard that runs all around the house with a parking area on both sides, very practical outdoor showers when returning from the beach on the sea side, a small gate to access the beach and a small garden in front of the house. Part of the ground floor has two additional bathrooms, one for the 8-person apartment and one for the 6-person apartment. The rest of the ground floor remains closed off and is used for storing outdoor furniture during the winter. Access to the beach is private and takes place through the gate on the sea side.

The villa is divided into three apartments, each with its own entrance.

The Luna Blu Mare e Terra apartment that we offer here can comfortably accommodate 10 people and occupies the entire first floor. It consists of two apartments (Luna Blu Mare for 4 people and Luna Blu Terra for 6 people) communicating with each other from an external terrace.

There are two entrances: a first entrance on the front of the house, garden side with two steps leading to the driveway leading to the front door.; a second entrance via an external staircase on the sea side

The garden-side apartment for 6 persons, has a very bright living room/kitchen overlooking the garden; a large and bright kitchen, with all comforts; a sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
The apartment for 4 people, has a very bright living room/kitchen with a breathtaking view of the sea; a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The whole apartment is surrounded by large terraces equipped with dining areas and relaxation areas.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner in each living area and an air conditioner in each sleeping area.
It has two washing machines, two dishwashers, two 43-inch Smart TVs and a high-speed fiber internet connection. The beds are very comfortable and guarantee a perfect rest with high quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. All linen is white cotton and is supplied and cleaned by a specialist hotel company. cleaning is provided by a professional cleaning company.
