Description

The magic begins driving along the panoramic road that leads to the villa and offers breathtaking views on the Gulf of Castellammare. Villa Elena is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the western coast of Sicily, close to the beautiful coves of Cala Bianca, the favorite place of sea lovers and divers in Sicily. This beautiful villa has been recently restored with particular attention to the details and with respect for traditions. From the lanterns in the outside made in artistic ceramic to the  colors of the walls, from the olive-trees to the palm-trees, from the rustic stones that surround the pool to the old tiles that cover the roof, everything enhances the Sicilian traditions and know-how. In front of the house, a breathtaking view extends from the swimming pool, the bucolic garden that shelters Mediterranean plants, olive trees, wildflowers up to the backdrop of the sea and the coastline of the Zingaro nature reserve.
This large house has been divided into two parts in order to accommodate groups of friends or families who want to preserve their privacy. The two houses are connected by a large panoramic and covered terrace. The first house is air conditioned with hot air in winter and cool air in summer. The front door opens onto a large living room with a high wooden ceiling. The living-room communicates with the kitchen. An arch opens onto a corridor which leads to the sleeping area with one double bedroom, one trple bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower cabin. In the second house, in addition to the air conditioning, a beautiful iron stove heats the whole house during the cool season. In the center of the living room, a large table will accommodate all the guests of the house. In the TV corner there are two comfortable sofas. Under the high ceiling, there is a loft with a first double bedroom. The kitchen is made in masonery and artistic local ceramics. It is fully equipped for large group. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, which includes, as in the first house, one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower cabin. The house has got high speed Wi-Fi connection, an alarm system and video surveillance for the swimming pool which can be desactivated on demand. Each house has also got an outdoors shower very useful once back from the beach.
Outside, the covered terrace shelters the outdoor dining areas, one for each house. The covered barbecue area is built in local stones and includes a wood-burning oven. A beautiful staircase, made with the same local stones used throughout the property and illuminated at night, leads to the large pool (10 x 5 meters) equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Close to the pool there are other two outdoors showers. From the pool, you will enjoy breathtaking views on the countryside, the sea and the coastline of the Zingaro nature reserve.
