Situated on the long white sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, on the northwest coast of Sicily, Villa Luna Blu is the ideal home for a group of families and friends looking for a holiday of sun and sea. Its position offers a wonderful view of the sea and the entire gulf of Castellammare. At 5 km there is the motorway junction which will allow you to quickly reach the cultural sites of the surroundings and the western half of the island

Villa Luna Blu is divided into three large, very bright, panoramic apartments with large terraces. We propose it here as a whole so to be able to comfortably accommodate up to 18 people.

You will enter the property through a large gate that leads to the courtyard that runs all around the house with a parking area on both sides, an area on the sea side equipped with very practical outdoor showers when returning from the beach and a garden in front of the house .Part of the ground floor has two additional bathrooms, one for the 8-persons apartment and one for the 6-persons apartment. The rest of the ground floor remains closed and is used to store outdoor furniture during the winter. The access to the beach is private and is done through the small gate on the sea side.

Each apartment has got its own entrance. There are only 2 steps to access the Luna Blu Terra apartment for 6 people. It is therefore suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The other two apartments: Luna Blu Mare for 4 people and Luna Blu Cielo for 8 people, are accessed via an external staircase. Each one has got its own entrance staircase.

On the first floor there are 2 apartments: one for 4 people and one for 6 people. These two apartments can communicate via a side terrace so to accommodate a group of 10 people. Otherwise, this side terrace is divided in two by a green flowerbed so to guarantee privacy for guests.

The Luna Blu Mare apartment can accommodate 4 people and is divided as follows: a living room/fully equipped kitchen with a breath-taking view of the sea, a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower. The apartment has also got a large panoramic terrace equipped with a dining area and a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs. It is fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner in the living area and an air conditioner in the sleeping area.

The Luna Blu Terra apartment can accommodate 6 people and is divided as follows: A large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. A large terrace with a panoramic part overlooking the sea is equipped with a dining area and a relaxation area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner in the living area and a very powerful air conditioner in the sleeping area.

On the second floor is the apartment for 8 people called Luna Blu Cielo. The entrance opens onto a huge living room with three relaxation areas and a dining area with a large table. Right from the entrance, you will be amazed by the breath-taking view of the sea and the entire gulf of Castellammare which offers the large French window which leads to the panoramic terrace. With a north-west exposure, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the coast of Capo San Vito and the Zingaro nature reserve. The living room also leads to a large eat-in and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are divided into two sleeping areas, each with two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are climatised. The living area is not climatised but it is very ventilated thanks to its large openings on three sides.

Each apartment has got a washing machine, a dishwasher, a 43-inch Smart TV and a high-speed fiber internet connection. The beds are very comfortable and guarantee a perfect rest with high quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. All linen is white cotton and is supplied and cleaned by a company specialised for hotel services. Cleaning is provided by a professional cleaning company. The house has 5 parking spaces in the courtyard and divided as follows: 1 parking space for the 4-persons apartment and two parking spaces each for the other two apartments. It is also possible to park along the access road.
