Description

Materano residence is situated 200 meters from the entrance of the Zingaro nature reserve, on the bay of Mazzo di Sciacca, a cove renowned for its clear and limpid waters. Scopello is 1.5 km away. It is a charming picturesque village with a small bastide town, very good restaurants, shaded terraces of bars and pubs where you can taste gelati and granita, as well as shops offering local products and Sicilian crafts.
The residence has 3 private accesses to the sea: a private access to the beach (mixture of sand and small pebbles), another access to a rocky beach perfect for fishing, and a last one to a small intimate cove.
Cala Materano 6 is a single apartment for 4 to 6 people. Its panoramic position offers a superb view of the sea and the Gulf of Castellammare.
A few steps lead to the panoramic terrace with view on the sea with a relax area and a dining area. The entrance opens onto a large living room with a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 child (140 cm large), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. From the kitchen you can accede to an inner and shaded courtyard with another dining area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The sleeping area has two small single bedrooms, a beautiful double bedroom, a bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower and finally a laundry room. The house has got an air-conditioning split in the main bedroom and another one in the living room. Both of them can easily refresh the whole house. If you do not like air-conditioning, the three bedrooms and the living room have got a powerful fan on the ceiling.
