Description

Sea Lily House is a spacious and very bright apartment located on the long sandy beach of Alcamo Marina. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the sea and the gulf of Castellammare, up to the tip of Capo San Vito. The name of the apartment is due to the presence of numerous sea lilies scattered all over the beach. It is in fact a beautiful sandy beach with dunes and with an intact flora thanks to the very small number of lidos. There are three beach clubs on 7 kilometers of beach. It is renowned for its beauty, its size and is perfect for nature lovers. The nightlife is not far away, just move 3 kilometers to reach Castellammare del Golfo and its characteristic tourist port and find numerous restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pubs with live music and bathing establishments with evening parties. Nearby Balestrate is 7 kilometers away and also offers nightlife, restaurants and a nice walk on its new marina.
The apartment occupies the entire second floor of a 2-storey building.
It has access to the beach and is equipped with beach umbrellas, chairs and deck chairs available for guests.
The entrance opens onto a hallway. In front of the entrance: the large living room with comfortable sofas, a dining area and two large French windows that open onto the two large terraces: one on the sea side with a relaxation area and a dining area and a second on the back of the house facing south and equipped with comfortable deck chairs.
The panoramic terrace on the sea side can also be accessed from the kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher.
A first double bedroom and a bathroom with shower are located near the living room.
A corridor leads to the second sleeping area which features a large triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower.
The smallest of the double rooms has no window but has a portable air conditioner.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has just been renovated.
The division of the bedrooms into two different sleeping areas allows you to comfortably accommodate two families, guaranteeing privacy for everyone.
