Description
Situated on the long white sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, on the northwest coast of Sicily, Villa Luna Blu is the ideal home for a group of families and friends looking for a holiday of sun and sea. Its position offers a wonderful view of the sea and the entire gulf of Castellammare. At 5 km there is the motorway junction which will allow you to quickly reach the cultural sites of the surroundings and the western half of the island.
You will enter the property through a large gate that leads to the courtyard that runs all around the house with a parking area on both sides, an area on the sea side equipped with very practical outdoor showers when returning from the beach, and a garden in front of the house. Part of the ground floor has two additional bathrooms: one for the 8-persons apartment and one for the 6-persons apartment, so this apartment. The rest of the ground floor remains closed and is used to store outdoor furniture during the winter. The access to the beach is private and is done through the small gate on the sea side.
Villa Luna Blu is divided into three large, very bright, panoramic apartments with large terraces. We propose you here the appartment called Luna Blu Terra, for 6 persons.
The entrance to the apartment is located on the front of the house, on the garden side. There are two steps down to the driveway which leads to the front door. You enter the very bright living room/kitchen overlooking the garden. The living room leads to the large, bright kitchen with all comforts. A French door opens onto the panoramic terrace equipped with a dining area and a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner in the living area and an air conditioner in the sleeping area.
It has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a 43-inch Smart TV and a high-speed fiber internet connection. The beds are very comfortable and guarantee a perfect rest with high quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. All linen is white cotton and is supplied and cleaned by a specialist hotel company. cleaning is provided by a professional cleaning company.
In the courtyard common to the three apartments there is a small gate for access to the beach, the parking area with an exclusive parking space for this apartment, very convenient outdoor showers when returning from the beach and a small garden in front of the house.
Upon their arrival, guests will be greeted by a person who speaks 4 languages and who will give them all the explanations about the house and information about the activities to do in the surrounding area and the excursions to do on the island, as well as excellent advice on local restaurants, where shopping, finding markets etc…….
