Description

Situated in a panoramic position at around 400 meters above sea level, on the slope of one of the mountains in the Scopello hinterland, towards San Vito lo Capo, this ancient farmhouse was built in the 19th century. It was the home of a peasant family that occupied the smaller part of the farm with the entrance on the east side. The largest part of the farmhouse, with the entrance on the west side, was reserved for the animals and the barn.
The surrounding land covers an area of ​​6000 square meters. The northern part, with a breathtaking view of the valley and the sea, has been leveled and will be the ideal place to build a swimming pool with sea view, surrounded with a large terrace or a Mediterranean garden. The rest of the land, on the two sides and at the back of the house, may be terraced during the restoration work in order to create various panoramic areas for relaxation and for the creation of an olive grove and an orchard.
It will also be possible to create a large frech-window in the north side wall to be able to enjoy the exceptional view even from inside the house.
The interior surface is 100 square meters.
