Giuseppe’s Farmhouse is a partially restored farmhouse located on the slope of a hill in the hinterland of Scopello, in the direction of San Vito Lo Capo. The breathtaking view embraces the olive groves and surrounding vineyards and extends up to the sea.
You enter through an ancient wrought iron gate in this large property of 11.000 m2. It was built at the end of the nineteenth century. 
The farmhouse is divided into two units connected by an arched opening inside. The unit that houses the large living room has been restored by local workers with quality materials: local stones to rebuild the walls and high quality wood for the restoration of the ceiling. The furniture inside is Sicilian furniture, some in Art Nouveau style. The large chandelier in the center of the living room is truly spectacular.
The second unit destined to undergo modifications is still to be restored. Currently it is divided into a kitchen, a bathroom and a large bedroom. The dimensions of this unit and the height of the ceiling allow you to carry out any type of project, even on two levels.
The position of the farmhouse and the surrounding terrace, both raised above the land that extends in front of them, allows the construction of an infinity pool without the need for excavations. The property has an orchard and a water well that can be used for housing, for irrigation and for any swimming pool.
