Description
Nestled in a green area overlooking the bay of Scopello, close to the reserve of Zingaro, a few hundred meters from the beach of sand and white pebbles, come and discover Villa Guidaloca, a so calm and relaxing place, bathed by sweet scents of Sicilian orange and lemon trees that make up its private garden, without forgetting the small olive grove which produces each year an excellent olive oil. The October vacationers will be able to attend the olive harvest and taste the extra virgin olive oil of the house. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea.
The house, fully air conditioned in summer and in winter, has been completely renovated with high quality materials, modern equipment and high quality bedding.
High-speed Wi-Fi (1 GByte/s) is available in the whole house for free.
It is divided into two parts and can accommodate up to 14 people:
On the ground floor: for 8 people
An independent entrance
A large living / kitchen with air-condition, bright thanks to two large French-windows offering a splendid view of the olive grove and the sea. The living room has got comfortable sofas and a large table that can easily accommodate 14 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has got a 90 cm oven and a 90 cm hotplate in order to cook easily for 14 people.
The ground floor has got two quadruple suites, each consisting of two air-conditioned double bedrooms and a full bathroom with large shower cabin, for a total of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outside, a large panoramic terrace partly shadowed with big white sails and equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the sea and the valley it overlooks
A large lawn all around the house and an olive grove. Between the lawn and the olive grose is the wooden panoramic terrace with the pool equipped with Hydromassage, Airpool, Chromotherapy and sunbeds. The panoramic position of this terrace offers a stunning-view on the sea and the olive groves in the valley. It will be the perfect place for your happy hours!
Two outdoor showersr: one close to the pool and the second one with hot water in the back of the house. On the back of the house is also the laundry with sink in a marble shelf and a washing machine.

Nathalie, the owner, can speak fluent French, Italian, English and German. She will be happy to share her good addresses with you and information about what to do in the surroundings, such as renting a boat with or without a skipper along the beautiful coastline of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, swimming in the hot springs located 12 kilometers from the house, visit the surrounding countryside with quads passing near the temple of Segesta, through the vineyards …
The attractions are not lacking. You will also find a book written by Nathalie in several languages summarizing all these tips as well as practical information on the region.

The price includes: bed linen, bathroom towels, water, gas, 300 kWh of electricity a week, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, weekly change of bath and bed linen for minimum stays of 2 weeks, a guide to the villa, to the surroundings and to the excursions to do on the island written in English, French and Italian, personal welcome on your arrival (or on the following day in case of late arrival), Nathalie's support during your holiday.
