Situated on one of the hills surrounding the village of Scopello, Villa Sarmuci enjoys an exceptional panoramic position. Former sheepfold, this charming residence has been completely restored by stonemasons and craftsmen with local stones and high quality materials. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden, with a multitude of small hidden corners that will enchant those looking for privacy and peace, such as the breakfast area under one of the ancient olive trees, the stone bench under a topiary pittosporum or an armchair in the shady orchard. The pool is surrounded by tall palm trees. The presence of cypresses and aromatic plants gives this stone house an air of Provence.
The house has two communicating living rooms / kitchens, each with its own terrace equipped with barbecue and dining area under a flowered pergola. Each living room serves the two sleeping areas on the first floor.
The first sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a service bathroom (without shower) and a bathroom with shower.
The second sleeping area has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, a service bathroom and a bathroom with shower.
It is possible to isolate the two living spaces by closing the communicating sliding door and the two sleeping areas by closing a second communicating sliding door.
