Description

Villa Cala Materano 4 is the perfect holiday house for big families. It has got big spaces for entertaining but also provides everyone with an angle of privacy.
A path made of local stones and lined with hibiscus leads to the large panoramic terrace from which the views of the sea and the Gulf of Castellammare are wonderful. Under a pergola there is a first dining area that can comfortably accommodate 8 people and next to the barbecue area with a sink, 4 gas burners and a large barbecue. A second dining area is located under the covered part of the terrace near the entrance door and the kitchen door. Opposite, in the most panoramic part of the terrace, a large space is equipped with deck chairs from which the view is fantastic. On one side of the villa, under a big tree, there is another seating area and a beautiful lawn that will make the happiness of children.
The front door opens on a large living room with two seating areas and a dining area in front of the kitchen. On the left side of the living room, there is the master suite with a double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the living room there are other two sleeping areas. The first sleeping area has got a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and the second sleeping area has got of a small living room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The disposition of the bedrooms and bathrooms in three distinct areas around the living area ensures privacy for the occupants of the villa, a perfect solution for those who love traveling with friends or family, while maintaining their privacy. The villa has also got an outdoor shower and two parking areas, each being able to accommodate two cars.
The sea is 200 meters away and a path leads to three accesses to the sea: a first opens onto the beach, a second on a rocky beach from where you can also fish and a third on a small and intimate cove. There is also a parking place next to the accesses to the sea. Finally, the residence has got a playground for volleyball and a playground for children in the pinewood next to the beach.

The best points of this holiday house: The panoramic position and the sea views, the comfort, the various relaxation and dining areas indoor and outdoor, privacy made possible thanks to a good distribution of the bedrooms, the proximity to the natural reserve of the Zingaro, the playgrounds.
