Description

Villa Faraglione is a large villa overlooking the sea in front of one of the famous Faraglioni of Scopello. It enjoys total privacy. It is a heavenly and privileged place, as you can reach the clear waters of this beautiful stretch of coast without having to leave the property. Just cross the cane that separates the villa from the sea.  The villa is divided on two floors: On the ground floor there are: a large living room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a second bathroom. The living room opens onto a large panoramic terrace and on the lawn that houses a small basement swimming pool.  On the first floor there are: a second large bright living room with access to a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, a double bedroom with private bathroom, two other double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a second bathroom.  The indoor and outdoor spaces are very large and allow a comfortable holiday even for large groups. The villa has recently been completely renovated with high quality materials and furniture.  The villa is located a few meters from the tuna factory of Scopello that you can reach swimming down from the private access to the sea or walking, leaving the entrance gate of the property.  Less than 1 kilometer away is the entrance to the Zingaro nature reserve, famous for the beauty of its flora and its depths. You will be able to reach its five coves walking along its coastal paths. The more trained will also find high and challenging paths that reach the top of Mount Speziale (913 meters)
