Description

The view from the gate is delightful: a house made of stones, with a tile roof and green shutters, surrounded by olive trees, with the sea in the background where here and there, some colorful boats of fishermen are floating while the fishermen are throwing or withdrawing the nets. This is the very house that we all drew as children, the perfect house for a holiday! The magic continues when you arrive on the panoramic terrace, so close to the sea that it seems to navigate. The sound of the waves will be the soundtrack of your holidays. The passage of the seagulls and the fresh air coming from the open sea will help to create the atmosphere of peace, detached from the rest of the world.
The front door opens on a large living room with two sofas areas (including a sofa bed for two people if necessary) and a beautiful fireplace. The large glass door opens on the terrace from which you can see the sea and the coast of the natural reserve of the Zingaro. The covered part of the terrace shelters the outdoor dining area which is also accessed from the well equipped kitchen where you can easily cook for large families. The kitchen is also connected to the living room by a large arched opening. A door opens on the laundry room. From the living room, a corridor leads to the sleeping area so divided: two double bedrooms, one with view on the sea and the other with view on the olive grove on the west side, a triple room also with views on the olive grove on the west side and a single room with view on the olive grove on the south side. There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub. In the garden there is also a sheltered shower that will be very convenient once back from the sea. The villa is fully air conditioned with cold air in summer and warm air during the cool season. Finally, a large covered barbecue area will be greatly appreciated for the preparation of grilled meat and fish.
Next to the terrace, a path leads to a cove from which you can enter into the sea. It will be also a perfect place where to fish at sunset. The waters of the Gulf of Castellammare are renowned for the quality and the abundance of fish.
